BREAKING GROUND 2020, TEMPE, AZ

This past January 24th-25th, 2020 marked AKD's first trip to Tempe, Arizona. BG20 was an incredible experience showcasing an array of work from all over the nation. From dances made on tiny boxes to cactus desert wonderlands, the festival had no shortage of innovation and showcased the breadth of creativity within the human body and mind. We were so lucky to be able to attend BG20 before Covid-19 forced so many of us to SIP and we're grateful we were able to make it happen so soon after APAP in NYC. It was a unique experience and the reception of "Another Time" received by Arizona audiences was nothing less than heart-warming. Although it was our first time to this beautiful sunny state, we hope it will not be our last.
